Load-shedding affects Internet service
Posted on Monday, 29 December 2008 04:34 AM Back to all news

The fact that inadequate supply of power has triggered the need of extended periods of load-shedding is well known to all. We’re all very well aware that our country at this period of time is facing the greatest power crisis of all times. All businesses, homes, students and individuals have been immensely and equally affected by this unavoidable difficulty.

However, we at Himal Technologies has always tried its best to server our customers against all odds. The fact that we’ve always tried our level best to serve our customers with highest quality of service during all national and international crisis too is very well known to everybody.

We have never failed to provide non-stop service to our customers despite the load-shedding routines. We have equipped ourselves with higher and better power management devices to provide optimum service. There had never been a moment where we had to compromise our quality for load-shedding reasons.

However, we’ve tried and tested all measures but there seems to be this inescapable need to apologise to our customers that there may be situations where customer may have to face temporary periods of low-quality service, instable connectivity or complete outages during the load-shedding period.

We are analysing possible alternate means of power management to resume the standards of our service as soon as possible.
